S’mores bites
As a mom, I’m always on the lookout for fun and easy snacks that my kids will love. And what’s more fun than making s’mores? But sometimes, we don’t have access to a campfire or the weather isn’t ideal. That’s where s’mores bites come in! These bite-sized treats are perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth without the hassle of a campfire. Plus, they only require five simple ingredients: graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, melted butter, marshmallows, and Hershey’s kisses.
To make these s’mores bites, start by preheating your oven or air fryer to 350°F. Then, mix together 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, and 5 tablespoons of melted butter in a bowl. Mix until well combined and the mixture becomes crumbly.
Next, take a mini muffin tin and spray it with cooking spray. Scoop a tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture into each muffin cup and press it down with your fingers. Bake the crusts in the oven for 4-5 minutes until they start to turn golden brown.
Once the crusts are done baking, remove them from the oven and immediately press half of a marshmallow into each cup. Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until the marshmallows are slightly melted and puffy.
Finally, remove the muffin tin from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s kiss into the center of each marshmallow. Allow the S’mores Bites to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin. You can use a butter knife to carefully loosen the edges if needed.
These S’mores Bites are the perfect bite-sized treat. They’re easy to make and fun to eat! Plus, they’re a great way to satisfy a s’mores craving without having to start a fire. - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 6 marshmallows cut in half
- 12 Hershey Kisses
Instructions
